Our Women's Self Defense program incorporates a combination of situational examples that are aimed at simulating common and unprovoked attacks from hair pulling, shirt grabs, punching, kicking, bear hugs, headlocks, understanding safe distances, object disarming on the ground and standing.
This program also addresses the importance of using verbal dialogue to avoid a confrontation or de-escalate the situation. It is ideal for women from ages 15 and up whom are wanting to develop basic Self Defense skills, situational awareness and the confidence to defend themselves should the need arise.
The program runs for twelve weeks at different times of the year and class numbers are limited so contact us to reserve a spot in our next women's only class. What you can expect from this Program.
