Our Self Defense program incorporates a combination of situational examples that are aimed at simulating common and unprovoked attacks from hair pulling, shirt grabs, punching, kicking, bear hugs, headlocks among others.
This program also addresses the importance of using verbal dialogue to avoid a confrontation or de-escalate it .
It is ideal for adults and youth from ages 15 and up whom are wanting to develop basic Self Defense skills, situational awareness and the confidence to defend themselves should the need arise. Self Defence classes are every Monday at 6.00pm-7.00pm.
Our Global Fit and Mobility circuits are approximately 20-25min long and designed for the busy parent or athlete wanting a quick full body workout. No equipment is required as all the exercises are body weight based from bear crawls, thunder sit ups, press up roll overs, squat jumps along with a host of other cool exercises.
Global Fit and Mobility classes are every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 4.25pm and 5.25pm.
