Kids Brazilain Jiu Jitsu
Our program is designed to teach children the fundamental concepts and ideas of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Self Defence is a key component to this program and all children will obtain a good technical understanding of these techniques while also learning great life skills through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Fundamentals Program
This program forms the building blocks to all the essential techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a key focus on the fundamental Self Defence and Ground Grappling concepts and ideas.

Advanced Program
Having acquired the essentials of the fundamental program, you are now ready to participate in the advanced program which represents the next step towards expert level of training, and is designed to incorporate live sparring, technical drilling and more advance techniques.
